Transfer of heat meter to commercial accounting

Transfer of the heat meter to commercial accounting is carried out after obtaining the necessary permits, project approval and completion of installation works. The procedure for transferring the heat meter begins with calling a metrologist, for which a letter is drawn up with one copy of the agreed project, which is sent to the heat supply organization.

On the agreed day of the metrologist's arrival at the facility, the apartment owner, representative of the building owner, and representative of the installation organization must be present. The metrologist checks the compliance of the installed measuring unit with the agreed project and the compliance of the factory serial numbers of the heat meter - with the numbers indicated in the heat meter passport.

The flow meter of the heat meter and temperature sensors are sealed, which is recorded in the acceptance certificate for commercial accounting. The seal numbers and initial data from the meter are recorded in the certificate. The apartment owner is explained the procedure and form for submitting reports to the heat supply organization.

After the acceptance certificate is drawn up, an additional agreement on settlements for meter readings is signed between the apartment owner and the heat supply organization.
